The Clearlake Branch of Meador Staffing has partnered with a local manufacturing company to bring 6 Boiler makers to their team!

Responsibilities

Attaches slings and operates overhead cranes to lift equipment to specified position.
Unloads bundles from shell for cleaning and repairs and installs in shell when repairs are complete.
Performs breakdown of bundle to include knocking stubs and pulling out tubes.
Performs mechanical cleaning including chipping and sawing.
Performs dry shot blast dry sandblast, water lancing, and hydro blasting for cleaning of the vessel and tubes.
Performs loading and unloading of furnace. Grinds or welds seam to fit using potable grinder.
Installs test heads on bundles for testing.
Performs hydro test of the assembled vessel.
Assembles and lines up tube sheets and baffles for retubing bundle.
Loads tubes into refurbished skeleton. Loads and unloads trucks for transporting heat exchangers.
Responsible for the hookup and breakdown of equipment using proper tools and procedures.
May add hazardous waste to accumulation containers, respond to spills or fires involving hazardous waste, and operate or work at accumulation points.

Requirements

Schedule: Monday- Friday

Shift will rotate every 2 weeks. Must be willing to work Overtime.

Pay Rate: $18-$24 Depending on experience
