Pipefitter/Boilermaker

An-Cor Industrial Plastics specializes in the design, engineering, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of custom Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) industrial equipment.

Summary of Position:

We are looking for dependable candidates for our non-union fiberglass shop.

Job Duties:

· Assemble fiberglass tanks and piping

· Use various machinery and hand tools

· Working from blueprints, drawing or oral instructions to carry out task

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Perform minor maintenance of cleaning activities of tools and equipment

· Observe and complies with all safety and company policies and procedures

· Must be able to work around adhesives/solvents

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Must be able to read, write and communicate in English

· Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, assembly and mechanical drawings

· Must be able to stand for long periods of time

· Must be able to perform basic math skills

· Must be able to perform basic computer tasks

· Must have 2 years of piping experience

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to bend, stretch, reach, grab, hold and carry up to 25lbs

· Must be able to climb ladders up to 14’

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
