Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Industrial Maintenance Craftsmen to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and pleasant environment for both staff and visitors.

Must have a minimum of 5 years industrial construction experience, prefer 10 years experience.

Crafts Needed: Iron Workers, Pipefitters, Boilermakers, Welders (Pipe, Structural and Combo), Riggers, Millwrights.)

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of facilities for events or meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with external contractors for specialized repairs or services when necessary.
• Keep maintenance tools and equipment organized and in good working condition.

Experience

• Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
