Shop Mechanic Boilermaker/Heat Exchangers at Advantage Labor, Houston, TX 77064
Advantage is looking for Mechanics with Heat Exchanger Experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the repair and maintenance repair and rebuild or reconditioning Heat Exchangers, as well as a strong understanding of mechanical systems and tools. The Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all Heat Exchangers meet safety and quality standards. (Welding, mechanical and overhead crane and forklift experience)
PHE
Mech tech intermediate (past experience with reconditioning of heat exchangers 2-3 years)-17-19$
Mech tech Advanced (past experience with reconditioning of heat exchangers 6-8 years)-19-21$ this also we would need leadership experience.
WHE Mechanic
Mech tech intermediate(past experience with reconditioning of heat exchangers 2-3 years)-19-22$
Mech tech Advanced(past experience with reconditioning of heat exchangers 6-8 years)-23-26$ this also we would need leadership experience.
WHE Welder
Welder basic-$20-23
Welder experienced with valid certifications for titanium, SMO with thickness range 1-3mm-24-26$
Separation
Mech tech basic- $18-20
Mech tech intermediate(past experience with reconditioning of rotating equipment, balancing experience, testing R/A 2-3 years)-18-22$
Mech tech Advanced(past experience with reconditioning of separation 6-8 years)-23-26$ this also we would need leadership experience.
Welder experienced with valid certifications-26-30$
Machinist-26-30$
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of experience as a Mechanic, with Heat Exchangers.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and principles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Must be able to Pass a drug test and background check with good transportation to and from the job. Must have Experience.
