Brand Energy Solutions is currently recruiting for Glycol Heat Technicians for the Cold Lake area.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret glycol tracing isometrics and various other engineered drawings.
  • Install Glycol tracing to contour piping & valve sections according to blueprints and job specifications.
  • Fabricate and install bare and pre-insulated tubing with associated compression tube fittings and supports.
  • Pressure test tracing systems using hydro-testing equipment effectively to check for leaks and troubleshoot tracing.
  • Performing tube bending & banding techniques to secure the tubing to the pipes & valve-work.
  • Read plant coordinates and be able to locate lines requiring tracing to be installed in the plant.
  • Must be able to Supply your own personal hand tools E.G. (1/2” Benders, Banders, wrenches, Reamer, Tube Cutters)

  • Adhere to duties and responsibilities mentioned above, as well as adhere to Brand Energy Solutions New Hire Competency Requirements documentation to be reviewed if hired

This position is covered under the CLAC agreement.
